Sun visor made from hand-painted, quilted, silk
Description
The sun visor is made using quilted crepe de chine silk, bendable plastic inner, and a strong cotton lining.
It is extremely comfortable to wear. It is adjustable, using cotton braid and plastic slides, so one size fits all.
The silk is hand-painted in rainbow colours with salt detailing.
The salt is applied to the fabric while still damp, and the salt draws moisture to itself to leave behind a pattern of dye.
No two visors will be exactly the same. The fabric colour is permanent and the visor is either machine or hand washable.
