Shipping Policy
For NZ delivery we use Courier Post with a 2 day delivery into the North Island (often overnight) and 1 Day delivery South Island Monday to Friday.
We will email you a tracking code when your purchase has been boxed up and collected to send.
Return Policy
Cancellation of a KiwKai order is accepted prior to shipping but once shipped, this is no longer an option. Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns of goods, please choose carefully at time of ordering.
