We’ve been creating our product onsite at the Nelson Market, filling the air with a delightful aroma throughout the day, for well over a decade. About Us
Iain, known by most as "The Nut Man", has been producing his delicious Roasted Caramelised Nuts at the Nelson Market for over a decade. Handcrafted in small batches.Every stage of the process is carried out with care and attention to detail. The nuts themselves are absolutely delicious and market-goers are able to buy them as they're freshly packaged and still hot a few moments from that initial pour from the copper pot.
The copper pots that Iain uses each have their own story, some being well over a hundred years old and used in the production of these delightful confections by generations. Along with the copper pots, the recipe and the craft have been passed down through the years.
